When you visit and/or use our website www.wealthtick.co.in or our iOS or Android mobile applications, we collect and keep both personal and non-personal information about you. By upholding legal requirements for electronic, procedural, and physical safeguards, we protect this data. We provide our staff with training on how to handle personal data appropriately.

This Privacy Policy establishes the guidelines that control how information about Wealthtick's registered users is used, disclosed, and shared. Properties held by Wealthtick Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Wealthtick") or its licensees include "wealthtick.co.in"

3. Gathering of Data

i. Information provided by the Client to Us

  • If you send us an email or leave us feedback, we will gather your name, email address, and any additional information you offer so we can respond.
  • We might gather more information when you answer one of our surveys.
  • When you use the platform, we may gather personal and financial data from you, including your first name, middle name and last name, phone number, email address, age, investments, PAN, and so on.
  • When we explicitly state that we are collecting personal information and you willingly give it to us, like in the case of an employment application, we may additionally gather personal information on the Platform or through the Services.
  • If you willingly grant us access to the data or photographs on your device once, we may gather the documentation we need to offer services, such as credit facilitation.
  • You must make sure to double-check the data or information you are giving us. If any of the data or information is discovered to be erroneous, we will be notified so that it can be changed right away. The veracity of any information, including private data, that is sent to us is not our responsibility.

ii. Information Collected by the Technology

  • We may use third-party service providers to assist us in analyzing specific online activities. Our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) gather information from you, such as your domain name, operating system, browser type, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session). These service providers, for instance, might assist us in examining user behavior on the Platform.   • The payment transactions on our platform are powered by authorized third-party service providers. Additionally, we use tokenization services from approved third-party service providers to enable card transactions on our platform in compliance with applicable legislation. Such information is used and processed by third-party service providers, who then provide it to card networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These third-party service providers are authorized to use, process, and transfer such data in order to offer tokenization services in compliance with the relevant laws. These third-party service providers comply with PCI-DSS. Any information you give us to enable these card transactions on our platform is not stored by us.

iii. Use of Clients Personal Data

Generally speaking, we use the personal information you provide about yourself or your business to either answer your inquiries or help us provide you with better service. The personal information given by you will be used as follows:

  • To identify you as a user in our system;
  • to improve the administration of our Platform and Services;
  • to deliver the services you request; to enhance the quality of your interaction with our Platform and Services;
  • to send you emails and other notifications;
  • to send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials pertaining to our Services and for other marketing purposes;

For a variety of regulatory (KYC, AML, etc.) and commercial (credit facilitation, tracking services, etc.) purposes, regulated entities such as Investment Advisors, Research Analysts, Brokers, NBFCs, Banks, Credit Bureaus, etc., will use and share information such as your demographics, financial information (bank account details, etc.), investment information (holdings, etc.), and other information (PAN/Aadhar).

Furthermore, in compliance with the terms and conditions outlined below, your demographic data, financial data, investment data, and other data may be shared with the group companies listed in disclosures as well as other third parties.

In particular, the following information is exchanged with authorized third parties in connection with the credit facilitation services you are receiving:

  • SEBI-registered RTAs and Depositories are provided with the PAN, mobile number, and email address for the purpose of verifying investment holdings.
  • Email address for correspondence with Services;
  • KYC documents for OCR and bank account for mandate establishment;
  • Phone number for contacting our service providers via WhatsApp or SMS.

Any information you give us or that we gather about you will be assumed to have been given voluntarily by you, free from any pressure from our officers, agents, or associates. Although we take steps to verify the information you submit, we do not and will not assume any obligation or make any statements regarding the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or genuineness of the information you provide.

4. Notifying Third Parties

In order to comply with applicable laws, including cyber laws, we may at times have to disclose any personal information we collect to governmental or judicial organizations or agencies, or our regulators. In order for us to offer you with services and/or execute technical, logistical, and other tasks on our behalf, we may disclose your information, including personal information, to third parties, including group companies. (For instance, sending users articles or emails). Please refer specifically to the section above addressing credit facilitation services.

5. Anonymous Information Creation

By removing some information (such the name and email), we may convert Personal Information into Anonymous Information records. In order to optimize platform navigation and the content of our services, we use this anonymous information to examine request and usage trends. Wealthtick retains the right, in its sole discretion, to use anonymous information for any purpose and to share it with other parties.

6. Cookies and Website Operated by Third Parties

You will exit our platform and visit another website when you click on a link to another website or site, wherein another entity may gather your personal information or anonymous information. These external websites and their content are not under our control, have not been evaluated by us, and cannot be held accountable. Please take note that these external websites, their content, and any information gathered after you click on links that lead there are not covered by the provisions of this privacy statement.

For technical reasons, such enhancing site navigation or storing user preferences for site interaction, we might use cookies. c) In order for us to complete your registration with us and/or with them and to process any transaction requests that you authorize, information will be shared with a limited number of third parties, including our group companies, Asset Management Companies (AMC), Registrar and Transfer Agents, BSE Limited and affiliate companies, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and partners through which we provide our services, including banks, financial institutions, credit information companies, entities registered under applicable laws with the Securities Exchange Board of India, the Reserve Bank of India, the Central Registry of Securitization Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI), KYC registration agencies (KRA), payment gateway providers, and banks offering collection services, keep a log of your holdings and transactions, Create and send you notifications, alerts, and reminders about transactions, impending money transfers, etc.

d) Additionally, we use third-party services which may gather data that can be used to identify you.

e) Unless expressly instructed or required to do so by any applicable law, legal proceeding, or directive by any administrative, judicial, quasi-judicial statutory, or regulatory body, or any authority or agency of the government, we will not disclose or make available your personal information to any third party without your consent.

Wealthtick is dedicated in safeguarding your personal information's privacy and security. We constantly strive to have adequate operational, technical, and physical safety controls and measures in place to safeguard the data we collect, in line with the nature of our business. To help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information, we implement a range of industry-standard security technologies and protocols, which we assess on a regular schedule. Subject to current legislation and collaboration with the appropriate authorities, we will make every effort to notify you of the extent of any breach in our security control measures that results in unauthorized access to your information. Furthermore, despite all of our efforts to protect your information, Wealthtick, its affiliates, and its directors will not be held accountable if unauthorized individuals breach security controls and illegally utilize such private or sensitive data.

We may use the information we have gathered to provide you with personalized recommendations and marketing communications via email, SMS, and other channels as we add new services or want to let you know about additional benefits that we provide, either directly or in collaboration with a third party. At any moment, you shall be able to choose not to receive such communications.

9. Reservation of Information / Data

It should be noted that we may keep the data that is given to us for as long as it is necessary to effectively serve our users and as long as may be required by law.

If you would like any data or consent you may have given to be deleted or revoked (completely or in part), please send an email to support@wealthtick.co.in with the specifics of the data and/or consent you gave, along with the extent and kind of the deletion or revocation you would like.

However, you would not be able to access the Platform's Services if you were to withdraw your consent or request that the data be deleted.

10. Assent and Privacy Policy Changes

You agree to this privacy statement when you generate a login ID and password in order to log in to Wealthtick.

Assent withdrawal: The collected personal data will only be used for the purposes specified below. By deactivating your account, you can revoke your consent at any moment for the use of your personal data. Neither the legality of any processing we performed before your withdrawal nor processing of your personal data based on legal grounds other than consent will be impacted by your withdrawal of consent. We will be unable to offer you our goods and services if you decide to revoke your consent for us to collect and use your personal information.

12. Acceptance of Terms listed below

  • The terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of the Scheme(s) that may be applicable from time to time have been read and understood by you, and you agree to adhere by the contents of the Scheme Information Document(s) and Addendum(s) thereto.
  • No rebates or gifts, either directly or indirectly, have been given to you or have persuaded you to make an investment.
  • You affirm that the funds you are investing in the Scheme(s) are obtained from authorized sources and are not intended to be used in violation of any Act, Rules, Regulations, Statute, Legislation, or other applicable laws, or any notifications or instructions that may occasionally be issued by any governmental or statutory authority.
  • Be in charge of protecting the privacy of your account and password, as well as limiting computer access to avoid unauthorized access to your account.
  • Take accountability for everything that happens using your password or account.
  • Take all the required precautions to keep the password private and safe. You should also notify us right once if you suspect that someone else has figured out your password or if it is being used—or is likely to be used—in an unauthorized way.
  • Verify that the information you give us is accurate, full, and truthful. Notify the company right once if any of the information you gave during registration changes.
  • Not use the service for any illegal purposes or for the violation of any law or statutory regulation, including, but not restricted to indulging in; (i) any unfair, manipulative or fraudulent practices, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003; or (ii) any insider trading and/or communication of unpublished price sensitive information in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
  • Agree to receive periodic alerts and newsletters.
  • Ensure that your activities on the Platform are not in violation of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 and any other applicable SEBI regulations. You agree that you will not provide any investment advice or research analyst services as set out in the aforementioned regulations.
  • Ensure that you engage only with SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts to avail investment advisory services or research analyst services.
  • These Terms shall be read in connection with the Associate Company Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • The laws of India shall govern these terms, and the Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over them. Any dispute or difference shall be settled in Arbitration before a sole Arbitrator appointed by parties or under the provisions of Arbitration Act. No right or provision of the Terms shall be waived by the Company's failure or delay in exercising or enforcing such right or provision. The other sections of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect in the event that a Court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of the Terms to be invalid. The parties acknowledge that the Court should make an effort to give effect to the parties' intentions as expressed in the provision. You acknowledge that any claim must be submitted within One (1) year after the occurrence of the pertinent cause of action, regardless of any statute of limitations;
  • In the event that you violate these Terms or that another circumstance arises that causes the Company to stop providing the Platform or Services to you, the Company shall have the sole right to terminate your use of the Platform and the Services without providing you with any prior notice or obligations.
