Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Wealthtick Digital Solutions Private Limited (Wealthtick), we try to deliver high-quality technology services to Brokers because we appreciate our clients' satisfaction. We are aware, nonetheless, that there may be situations in which you may cancel your subscription or may not use our services and may ask for a refund of fees paid or subscription amount paid by you.

After subscription and upon payment of fees or subscription amount, you may choose to cancel the subscription and/or you may choose not to use the services. However, in whichever case, you shall not be entitled for refund of the fees paid or the subscription amount paid by you.

In the event, if Wealthtick is unable to provide you the subscribed services only in such an event Wealthtick may consider refund of the fees paid or the subscription amount paid by you.

The client recognizes and consents to our policy by making a purchase or signing up for our services.

Zero Compensation Policy:

1. Disruption of Services:

Although we at Wealthtick work hard to provide consistent, high-quality services, we cannot promise that they will be error-free or constantly accessible. There will be no reimbursement for:

• Maintenance-related downtime.
• Technical problems that are out of our control.
• Service interruptions brought on by outside suppliers.

2. Exclusion of Liability:

Wealthtick shall never be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages that may result from using our services or from any delays if any. Wealthtick makes no promises about compensation for service failure or delays.

3. Governing Law

Any dispute or difference shall be governed under the Indian Law and shall be under the jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai. Also the parties agree that any dispute or difference shall be adjudicated under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by parties or by the Court and the venue and seat of Arbitration shall be Mumbai.
